mamapatte.com offers two types of products:
Digital Products (PDFs, downloadable files, ebooks, guides and other digital content) – Delivered electronically by email or online access
Physical Products (e.g. Bol Zen 2.0) – Shipped internationally
The shipping terms described in this policy apply primarily to physical products. Information relating to digital products is provided separately below.
Digital products are available immediately upon successful payment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link or access instructions.
No shipping fees apply to digital products.
If you do not receive your email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
We ship physical products to customers in many countries worldwide.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Free tracked shipping is offered on all physical product orders, regardless of destination or order value.
No shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges or other local fees may be imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's tracking system.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mamapatte.com and include:
Your order number
Photographs of the parcel and damaged product
We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement product or a full refund.
If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery period has passed, please contact us at contact@mamapatte.com.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
ZOUIAM LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
